(Question) I’ve been going through open house, is there something you suggest we should be looking at to when touring a home to make sure it’s a good fit?

(Answer) When a buyer walks through a home they tend to look at the furnishings, where the TV will be, how it will fit their lifestyle, how close is it to the elementary school, shopping, whatever it may be. I tend to look at things that could potentially adversely effect you in the future. The working components of the home, the roof, busy back road, extra parking, and anything else that may expensively and negatively effect your life in the home. My recommendation would be to look at the things that fit your lifestyle but also consult with me to find out if there is anything else you should be aware of.
