Justin Schmidt joined the MacGuire Team at the end of 2020 as a fully licensed broker with a 10-year background in Finance with T. Rowe Price where he was involved in high-net-worth sales, retail operations management and managed a multi-billion-dollar book of business in the retirement plan services division. This experience along with Justin’s strong financial acumen allow him to not only help clients buy and sell real estate but also advise and counsel them on the larger impact of a real estate purchase in their financial and day to day lives. He displays an extremely high level of customer service and understands that listening is the most important part of world class client service. This means actively engaging in what his clients are saying and not just waiting for his turn to talk! Justin is a graduate of the University of Florida where he was a scholarship athlete and studied Marketing Management with a minor in Real Estate. He is passionate about our community as he grew up here and has now chosen to raise his family here. Married and blessed with three beautiful children, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, friends and traveling.
