I’m just going to start by saying that you won’t find a better realtor than Mike. Having purchased homes before, it leaves you hesitant for the experience ahead. There is absolutely no exaggeration when I say that Mike & Missy go way above and beyond. Throughout the whole experience, they hold your hand. - there for you every step of the process and have incredible communication with you.

In a super tough buying market, we expected to put in tons of offers before getting one accepted and more so expected that we were going to have to settle for something we didn’t want. Mike hustled nonstop finding listings, He has your best interest in mind when looking at houses. Mike had a house up his sleeve that he wanted to show us. Knocked it out of the park and checked off all our boxes. We got the house!

Mike was there by our side for every inspection, walk through, paperwork, etc. He’s been in Colorado Springs long enough to know everyone that we needed for inspections, etc. and they were all equally as great and trustworthy. We were never left with a question that wasn’t answered immediately.

Additionally, our 3-year-old went with us to every showing. She can be shy but took to Mike like she knew him her whole life. Often, she asks where her friend Mike is.

So, if we have to move again, I hope that Mike and Missy are willing to fly out and help us find our next home!! I will 100% continue recommending them to everyone. Thank you for the amazing and easy experience!

I decided to sell my home in September, I called Mike and he was able to get my home sold and me moved out within three months. He got me more than I asked and made everything easy on my wife and I. I still cannot believe how quickly he was able to get my home on the market and sold. The first weekend we didn’t find much, and Mike has your best interest in mind when looking at houses. He is basically a home inspector and helps you find the good and bad, protecting your from making a bad decision. The second weekend we were anxious to get into a house. Mike had a house up his sleeve that he wanted to show us. Knocked it out of the park. Checked off all of our boxes and was well under what we expected to spend. A beautiful house that we didn’t think was going to be possible in this market. So he coached us as to what offer we should put in. He didn’t let us be too aggressive in case we have to move in 3 years but at the same time he makes sure that it’s going to be a offer that will be considered. We got the house! Although at this point we expected him to ride off into the sunset as he sold us a house, he didn’t. He was there by our side for every inspection, walk through, paperwork, etc. He’s been in Colorado Springs long enough as well that he knew everyone that we needed for inspections, etc. And they were all equally as great and trustworthy.
